Cool Vitality Challenge! Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to New Zealand residents. Purchase is not necessary to participate. Entry to participate in the Promotion commences on 05/01/2022 and closes at 11.59pm on 30/04/2022. Eligibility Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are judged as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of New Zealand in New Zealand. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter. Entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To Enter participants must complete the entry form and upload a photo of your horse and advise in 25 words or less why you would like to win the Mitavite® Cool Vitality Challenge during the promotion period. Applications must be submitted by the online survey form with an image of the horse. All Applications must be submitted by the entrant, automated entries will not be valid. Hygain Group employees and their immediate family members and Retail partners, Distributors and their employees are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Prizes. There will be 4 Winners (2 in the South Island and 2 in the North Island) who each win the major prize of 3 months of Cool Vitality and a Merchandise Pack. Prize Draw: The Judges will award the prize in the promotion to the Participant who is responsible for the most creative/emotive entry as deemed by them during the promotion period. This is a game of skill. The judging will take place within the first 10 business days after the end of the promotion period. The winners and runner ups will be notified via email within 14 business days after the end of the promotion period. The finalists and winners will also be announced on the Mitavite® New Zealand Facebook Page. The Winners release the future use of images to Mitavite® to be used in marketing material. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content Rights Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. If an Entrant participates in the promotion and also chooses to “opt-in” to sign up to future offers, the Entrant acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the Entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future.
