Event Sponsorship Application Form

Can your club creatively promote and generate MITAVITE sales in your local region? If so, we invite you to fill out the below Sponsorship Application Form for assessment.

The Sponsorship Application Form must be complete and is the only form of application for sponsorship we accept. Any event you wish us to sponsor must be held NO LESS than 2 months from the application date. All applications sent through with a shorter time frame will be automatically disregarded.

Please note that we receive a high volume of requests each year and are only able to support a limited number of initiatives. All requests are required to go through a formal review process and are assessed based on alignment with our brand, values and available resources.

While we would love to support every request, unfortunately this is not always possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for considering MITAVITE.

Due to the high volume of applications, please allow two weeks for a response.

MITAVITE will be the ONLY FEED sponsor of the event.
Event must be held in NO LESS than 2 months from today! Any applications received for events less than two months away will be automatically declined.

Sponsorship Decision Process

All of MITAVITE’s Sponsorship decisions are made by the MITAVITE Sponsorship Committee at their sole discretion. MITAVITE reserves the right to nominate the amount of product, merchandise or cash it awards to successful recipients. Submitting an application does not guarantee your application will be successful. For the best chance of getting your event sponsored; ensure the criteria are met, the event attracts a large audience and competitors and you have stated how you will promote MITAVITE. Applications with a creative flair will be considered favourably. Ensure you can deliver on your promises as we will have MITAVITE staff or scouts present at your event.
