Abby Long is a 4 Star Eventing Rider with a current team of 6 horses. Abby lives in Manakau Levin which is in the lower part of the North Island, based at the Dragon Equestrian Jump Park which provides the perfect training facilities for her team.

Abby started riding when she was 8 years old at a local riding school and after watching the Kiwi Team get bronze at the London Olympics, she knew that this is what she wanted to do - represent her country at the highest level and be the best in world at what she does.

Abby is dedicated, determined and absolutely love every moment she spends with the horses. Not only does she ride full time but she also coaches and mentors younger riders and horses in the area.
